Warranties & Guarantees
Warranty Description
This Limited Warranty covers the repair or replacement of covered parts and associated labor for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of delivery to the customer. Covered Items Include: - Engine components - Transmission and drivetrain components - Suspension parts - Steering system components - Electrical system components - Brake components - Heating and air conditioning systems - Fuel system components Labor costs are covered for the installation of any warranted parts when repairs are performed by an authorized repair facility and pre-approved by Kevin's Mobile Repair. Conditions & Limitations: - Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. - All repairs must be pre-authorized by Kevin's Mobile Repair. - Routine maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, filters, brake pads, etc.) are not covered. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, racing, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications is not covered. - Customer must retain all service records to validate warranty claims. What is NOT Covered: - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect - Normal wear and tear - Damage from environmental factors - Failure of parts not installed by Kevin's Mobile Repair - Modifications or alterations to the vehicle - Towing charges - Consequential damages (e.g., loss of time, income, etc.) Warranty Service Procedure: If a covered component fails within the warranty period, the customer must promptly return the vehicle to Kevin's Mobile Repair. The customer must present this warranty certificate and original invoice. Kevin's Mobile Repair will diagnose the problem and determine if it is covered by this warranty. If covered, Kevin's Mobile Repair will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s) without charge for parts or labor. The customer is responsible for any services or repairs not covered by this warranty.
