MVR Auto Repair

I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with the necessary material and hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to operate the car or truck herein described on street, highways or elsewhere for the purpose to testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on above car or truck to secure the amount of repairs thereto. Unless otherwise noted, Warranty on parts & labor is 12-MONTHS or 12,000 MILES, whichever comes first. Commercial use vehicles such as Uber, Lyft,Tour, Fleet vehicles warranty is 3 months/3000 miles whichever comes first. Warranty work has to be performed in our shop or other establishment within our network . No reimbursement will be made for tow charges or repairs performed elsewhere, unless pre approved. Warranty Repairs cannot exceed the original cost of repair . Burnt, Overheated brakes and clutch components due to misuse are not covered. NOTE: if you have not specifically asked for a concern to be checked or diagnosed, our technicians may not be aware of it or noticed it in the course of performing the service above.
