Limited Parts and Labor Warranty Warranty Terms: We stand behind our work. All repairs and services performed by our facility are covered by a Limited Warranty for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the original date of service. This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts installed by our facility and the labor required to replace them. Conditions of Warranty: Original Invoice: The original repair invoice must be presented for any warranty claim. Return to Facility: The vehicle must be returned to our facility for inspection and repair. We do not cover repairs performed by third-party facilities without prior written authorization from our management. Scope: This warranty applies only to the specific parts and labor listed on the original invoice. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions & Exceptions): To ensure fairness and transparency, this Limited Warranty does not cover: Towing and Incidental Costs: Towing fees, rental car costs, loss of use, lost wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Customer-Supplied or Used Parts: Any parts supplied by the customer, or used/salvaged parts installed at the customer's request, carry no warranty whatsoever. Normal Wear and Tear: Consumable items and normal wear-and-tear components (e.g., brake pads, rotors, wiper blades, filters, fluids, belts, and tires) unless defective upon installation. Improper Maintenance or Abuse: Damage resulting from neglect, improper maintenance, lack of fluids, misuse, off-road use, racing, accidents, or vandalism. Subsequent Damage: Damage to non-warranted parts caused by the failure of a warranted part, or vice versa. Tampering: Any parts or systems that have been altered, modified, or tampered with after the vehicle left our facility. Commercial Vehicles: Vehicles used for commercial purposes (e.g., delivery, ride-share, fleet) may be subject to modified warranty terms or entirely excluded from this standard coverage. Disclaimer: This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) and associated labor as outlined above.
